It's with "love" & "chocolate" in-mind, that I created my "lovey-dovey" project this week. I enjoy giving homemade chocolate when I am thinking of gifts for loved ones, well, um, because "Research tells us fourteen out of any ten individuals likes chocolate"....giggle.

So, with a little chocolate & a lot of love, you can have a homemade (yummy) gift in no time for that special someone.

Gift Box: Martha Stewart

Ribbon: from stash

Buttons: Creative Cafe

Paper: American Crafts

Cardstock: Bazzill White

Bling: Making Memories

Cuttlebug Folders: Love Language, swiss dots

Punches: Fiskars Apron Lace & Martha Stewart Double Scallop

After making up a batch of rocky road bark & coffee, I decided to wrap them up in a box & tin. Of course, I had to pretty them up a wee bit. So, with the "love" theme in-mind, I went directly to find my red ribbon & swiss dots folder. Not only did I use the love language embossing folder to create the wraps & card, I used the die-cuts for my sentiments.

If you don't have the supplies for the coffee, you certainly could give the "box of chocolates" (thanks Forrest Gump) & card by themselves, especially if making this gift for a teacher or neighbor.

What better way to say "I love you" than to wrap the coffee tin in heart-embossed white cardstock & finish it with a touch of red ribbon?

As you can see, with a couple of supplies on-hand, you can have a homemade gift to tell that special someone that you love them, thank them, or satisfy their chocolate cravings...giggle

There are lots of recipes on-line for coffee mixes & chocolate bark, don't be afraid to try something new. You can buy all your ingredients at your local grocery & the melting chocolates can be purchased @ Michael's, Walmart or as I do, on-line. Hope the next time you need a special gift, this will give you an idea or two ;) If you don't have the time or supplies to make the bark and/or coffee, don't hesitate to wrap up muffins, hot chocolate, tea, etc.
