Emboss Acetate with Cuttlebug - Be Inspired #19 (Entries)

I am happy to show you once again the fantastic cards everyone made for out Be Inspired Challenge. The challenge was to EMBOSS ACETATE.

As you may have noticed, we changed the way we display your samples from a snippet to a thumbnail that shows the entire card. Thank you all who posted comments on how you liked the cards featured. We had several comments saying how much they liked to see the whole cards instead.

I apologize if you submitted a card and it is not displayed. That might be either because I lost it on the way (which is only my fault and I don't mind if you e-mail me to let me know), or I was not able to find your card. Some of you post a link to your blog and not the post with the card and was not able to tell within the first post if it was a card done for the challenge, but I think I had 1 or 2 cases this week where I could not find your card. Sorry.
Please leave a link to your card so we can feature it..

On Behalf of the Design team we would like to Award this badge to Judi for the techniques she used to create this wonderful card..

Next week our challenge is Watercolour :)
The challenge will be for you to vote for a winner.. We will be giving away a set of watercolour Pencil and Stamps..

PS don't forget to add us to your blogroll :)

Have a great day,

I hope this finds you well. I am emailing you to try and get to the bottom of why my butterfly card didn’t get shown.
I found the explanation on the blog about putting in the wrong link to be condescending.
I know I put the correct link in as 3 of Cuttlebug Challenge Blog’s DT visited my blog and left comments – Cassie, Meda and Mrs J.
I feel you have decided not to display my card because I entered it into The Pink Elephant Challenge BlogSpot as well. There was no mention on your blog of this type of rule as if there had been I certainly wouldn’t have entered it on 2 blogs.
If you are running challenges such as this, you should post the rules so everyone knows what they are before entering instead of finding out after the event. I don’t understand why you should feel you need such an exclusion policy except perhaps you feel in secure in your blog.
I love this blog and have been a follower and had your link on my blog almost from your beginnings in 2008. I was saddened by what you did and the fact you didn’t even email me to explain. Don’t you feel the blogging world is big enough to have more than 1 challenge site for card makers?
I have recommended your blog site on many occasions as a place to get information. learn and obtain creative ideas. Perhaps I need to reconsider my support for your blog, given the current circumstance.
I realise you must be going through a renewal stage as a number of your design team seem to have left. I hope that with your new design team you will be able to come up with a policy for the challenges that will be posted clearly on your blog and is non-discriminatory.
Thank you
