Creatively Yours Spotlight Sunday - Custom Gift Bags by Nathalia

Welcome to Spotlight Sunday! I'm Nathalia Castellon. We'll be continuing our "Celebrations" theme today and I'll be sharing directions on how to create three of my favorite gift bags. I also have a fun challenge planned with a very generous prize from our sponsor.

"Splash" Gift Bag Set: Pocket Gift Bag with coordinating card, two mini "His" & "Hers" gift bags and a lidded box bag all created using Two Spotted Dogs May 2009 "Splash" Kit.

Now for a word from our sponsor:

Two Spotted Dogs is dedicated to bringing you a choice of beautifully coordinated scrapbooking kits each month. Our kits are designed to make your life easier by offering you the latest scrapbooking papers and embellishments delivered right to your door! We believe in offering our kits at the best possible price to everyone - no subscription needed! And each month you can look forward to TWO full sized kits on the 1st and a smaller thriftily priced Mid-Month kit on the 15th.

Challenge Details:
For today's challenge I'd like to see your gift bag/box creations! Leave a link with Mr. Linky at the bottom of this post. Challenge begins today, May 10th and ends May 17th. Winner will be announced on May 20th.

***WINNER UPDATE***

Thanks to everyone who joined in on our challenge! ~Nathalia Castellon May 20th, 2009

Prize:
Our winner will receive a $30 Gift Certificate from Two Spotted Dogs! You'll get to take a look around their online store and choose from their past and current kits! Happy Shopping!

Project Closeups:

Beach themed Pocket Gift Bag with coordinating card. There are so many different themes and variations so you can easily customize this gift bag to suit any celebration and person.

Coordinating card slips into the Pocket Gift Bag and does double duty as a greeting and embellishment.

Mini "His" Nautical themed gift bag is the perfect size for today's gadgets and electronics that our guys love. When creating for men, keep the design and colors clean and simple.

Mini "Hers" pom pom trimmed gift bag. The perfect size for cosmetics, perfumes, books and music!

This lidded Box Bag will keep that surprise gift a secret!
