~Cuttlebug Challenge Blog Fab Friday TV ~ Embossed 3-D Butterfly Card

Hi Everyone...I'm Michelle...and it's time for this week's Cuttlebug Challenge Blog Fab Friday TV tutorial!

I am so happy to bring this card project to you...because I have come to truly enjoy creating white-on-white cards...and have also come to love the clean, crisp, elegant look that can be achieved by combining various embossed textures and layers on one card...to give depth, contrast and interest to a card... even without color!

For this card you will need the following supplies/materials:
1 white std A2 Card

4 cuts of white card stock for layering on front of card:
5 x 3 3/4
4 1/2 x 3 1/4
4 x 2 3/4
3 3/4 x 2 1/2

3 x 3 piece of white card stock (for butterfly die cut)

Cuttlebug Machine with A plate and 2 B plates

5 different Cuttlebug embossing folders

Sizzix Bigz Beautiful Butterflies Die

Ticket Corner punch

6 clear mini gems

Sheer white ribbon (2 pieces ; each cut to 6 inches)

misc supplies:
paper trimmer, scissors, asst adhesives (foam dimensionals or 3-D glue dots, double sided tape, mini glue dots)

Once you've gathered up your supplies...start the Cuttlebug Fab Friday TV video below...and you'll be on your way to creating beautiful 3-D white-on-white cards with 5 (yes 5!) different layers of wonderfully detailed Cuttlebug embossing...
and...if you're like me... you'll be hooked on white on white cards forever!

...so now....let's get started!

and by the way..thanks for "tuning in" to Cuttlebug Fab Friday TV...

Have a wonderful weekend!

Michelle.
