Hi! I'm BettyBee, and I am so happy to be continuing our Birthday Party Palooza with you! Today I have chosen to share a quick tutorial with you on how to make the trendy new lid for all of your gift bags....like the one that I used for my Lollipop Birthday Party. It's easy, and OH, SO SPECTACULAR!! Everyone likes to receive a gift, but one in a unique bag like this makes the anticipation even more exciting!
