Here are the invitations they sent out:

They are quick to make, so if you haven't made your Christmas dinner invitations yet, here's a quick idea.
How to make:
1. Take a square white or silver card (mine is 13x13 cm or 5 inch). At this stage you can print your wording directly on the card or add another layer later.
2. Emboss a stripe of paper as wide as the card and about 1/3 of the height.
Tip: this is a good way to use your scraps. I used the *Victoria* folder from Cuttlebug. Optional: sponge the embossing with silver ink.
3. Adhere the embossed piece to the card.
4. Hide the seam with a length of ribbon or lace. Use good adhesive.
5. Embellish with a white feather and a butterfly, rhinestone, pearl, snowflake or whatever white/silver thing you have on hand.
More ideas:
1. Take a tall format card and repeat the same steps to make a menu.
2. Make napkin rings using Jana's tutorial. All you have to do is change the colors to white and silver.
3. Make a decorative wreath using Shantaie's idea.
4. Make a matching centerpiece. Here is mine:

It only took 30 seconds to make: empty a bag of feathers, scatter some silver snowflakes, add your vellum lantern in the middle. If you have been to my blog for the festival of lights you should already have your lantern made. If not, use any thing that works. Even a simple white candle wold look beautiful.
Really with this color palette, some feathers and cuttlebug embossing you could have the most magical Christmas dinner.
Have a blessed Christmas everyone and please leave us a comment if you have been inspired by this idea.
