Baby Frame, Cuttlebug Custom Baby Room Decor

Good morning everyone!
My name is Odette, from the Design Team of Cuttlebug Challenge Blog. People who really knows me, know that I always get crazy when it comes to baby stuff :)

Do you really know what is a baby?
"It's someone to call your very own
who'll turn your house into a home.
Instead of two they'll be three
and that makes a family indeed!!!
"

This is my little one Joshua when he was six month old. I have two baby boys and they are the light of each day in my life.
I feel very happy to have you join me for a subject I happen to be quite passionate about such as creating beautiful things for babies.
They are the reason why I created this beautiful Baby Frame for you today :

These are the supplies that you'll need:
  1. Wood Frame
  2. White acrylic paint
  3. Brush
  4. Sandpaper
  5. Pattern paper
  6. Cricut + Create a Critter cartridge
  7. Sentiment Stamp
  8. Glue (I used my Beacon's 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue)
How to:
  1. Paint your wood portrait with white acrylic paint and let it dry completely. Once it's dry it is necessary to sandpaper the wood so that it is smooth.
2.- Cut a piece of patterned paper at 4"x 5½", and adhere it to the part that will sealed the portrait on the back.

3.- Cut with your Cricut the desired baby image. I decided to use a hippo. I cut many layers to make him look more beautiful. Once you are done with him, add some dimensional and put it on your portrait.

And you're done!!

This is your final result ...
I wanted to add to this project this set I made for a client a few days ago using the same cartridge "Create a Critter", they look very well together!

I hope you've enjoyed what I made specially for you today.
We would love to hear from you, so feel free to ask a question, say hello, or let us know if you love what we are doing here at Cuttlebug Challenge!

Have a great day!!

I need to do a baby frame but I'm waiting for news on if she's having a boy or a girl. I can't live without Beacons 3in1 glue. It like hot glue in a cold form. I totally understand why people say they can't live without their glue guns. I'm the same way about Beacons 3in1 glue. :D

tfs! Our babies are so cute :) it's fun to do things for and with them. i would love to make cakes with my kids and my 6 yr old would love it. i hope to win a cake for my daughter's first birthday. Although if I win that would be a miracle like it was to have the miracle of my daughter after over 20 years in the waiting. :)
