January white sales, healthy snacks with a linking party!

It’s January and it is also the best time to get organized and hunt those amazing deep discount white sales. If you have never been to a white sales before you are missing out.
What is a white sale?
It’s when retail stores discount most of their stocks in preparation for Inventory. White sales was synonymous with bedroom ensembles but over the years it has encompass anything for the home, from kitchen appliances to bedding.
January is not only the month most people join gyms and have their resolutions in check, it is also THE month most people keep to their healthy resolution before waning in February with consumptions of Chocolate in February.

Today we have a fabulous recipe of healthy Yummy snack ideas using fresh fruits and yogurt from the fabulous Ruby Jean!

Fresh Fruits and Vegetables are Always the Better choice when Choosing or Making snacks for our children...
We have Two out of our 5 children that need to be on a Gluten and Sugar Free Diet...
So coming up with Great Tasting alternatives can be a challenge at times, however it does push us to be MORE creative with what we make.... And so far we have had GREAT success because Even the children not on this Diet want the Gluten and Sugar Free Food...
This Recipe in particular is a FAVORITE in our house... My husband and I included.. :)

What You Will Need:
Plain Yogurt, Sour Cream, Cinnamon, Stevia or Sweetener of Choice, Fresh Fruits of choice

You will need 1 cup of Plain Yogurt and 1/2 cup of Sour Cream
Combining them in a Mixing Bowl

Then add a 1/4 tsp. of Cinnamon

Depending on the Sweetener you choose would depend on amount added...
This Particular Stevia comes with a Handy Measuring Spoon... As you can see it's TEENY TINY... A little bit goes A LONG way.. I used two scoops from this tiny measuring spoon.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended

I placed my Dipping Sauce in the Fridge while I washed and cut the Berries

Our Children LOVE all fruit so the MORE variety the better...

Using some Kabob Sticks I began Placing our fruit in a Random order..

Of course we had some VERY hungry children eyeballing us the whole time and couldn't wait to get their hands on these Fruit Kabobs... So we just drizzled some of the sauce right on top... We usually place the Dipping Sauce in little Dixie Cups and let them dip their Kabobs in the Sauce...
These didn't last Very Long...

We had A LOT of left over Berries and My husband and I enjoyed a This VERY delicious Berry Bowl together...
That had the VERY Yummy Yogurt Sauce Drizzled all over it....
