We make quite a Pear Valentine Recipe!

Hello My name is Angelina and I blog over at Ruby Jean's
I am so happy to be back sharing with you here at Passionately Artistic
Today I will be sharing with you one of my husbands FAVORITE meals...
Chicken In Pear Sauce
What you will Need:
Chicken ( or Pork )

Linguini Pasta ( or Pasta of Choice ) Cooking White Wine

Flour, Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Salt

Fresh Spinach

Measure out 1 cup of Flour, 1 tsp salt, 1tsp pepper
(or all to taste)
Mix together

Coat bottom of pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 4tbs and Heat

Coat chicken with your Flour Mixture and Cook till Just about done

Take Chicken out and set aside

In a separate bowl mix together 2-3 tbs of Brown Sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mix together

In the Sauce Pan where you cooked your chicken save the drippings and add about a tbsp of flour and mix
Pour 3/4 cup of your White Cooking Wine stirring at the same time

Pour in your Brown Sugar mixture and Blend until Sugar is melted down.
Place your Cooked chicken back in the Sauce Pan and Cover keeping flame on a Low Simmer

Cook your Pasta per instructions on your Box

The Pears I used are called
BOSC
They are Recommended for Cooking because they hold their shape

Wash and Peel and Cut your Pears

Place them in your Sauce Pan and Cover
With Flame now turned off leave inside until slightly tender

Wash and prepare your Spinach

And...
SERVE!!!

I made this for my Husband because this is ONE of his favorites....

But also because I....
LOVE
Him!!!
