I’m sure it’s no surprise to anyone, when you decide to watch your caloric intake it’s much harder to adhere to a strict diet.
I’ve found starting with a savory breakfast, and a great cup of espresso, boil egg, strawberry Greek yogurt all under 350 calories, 7 gram of fat, 11 gram of sugar :)
