Hi Everyone,
I’m hoping the luck of the Irish smile upon me this week, today I was a victim of burglary, my house was vandalized.
I’m hoping the police recover my most valuable item which is my camera :) Thankfully I still had key lime pie left I was able to take picture with my older camera to share with you today :)

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie
- 2 (14-ounce) cans condensed milk
- 1 cup key lime or regular lime juice
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- Mix combine the condensed milk, lime juice, and eggs.
- Blended well fill in the pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven ,then chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Mix together the ingredients below, spread over the pie,
Strawberry garnish!
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Slice strawberries and add 2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 cup of water let reduce, add strawberries for garnish on the plate
Voila very easy key lime pie!

Sorry to hear you were vandalized and burglarized. It's such an awful feeling. Hope you have at least some of your belongings returned.

Oh how terrible! I was so sorry to hear about you're being burglarized. I hope the police catch the bad guy(s) and recover all of your belongings.
