Tropical Storm Debbie has left lots of rain and debris in her wake, several people did get injured and 3 casualties the last time I watched the news, Our prayers goes to them and their families.
I know with Summer it’s hot and everyone is out enjoying the outdoors, we would love for you to add our party by letting us know how you are enjoying Summer? When it’s hot outside the last thing I want to do is spend hours cooking, my best go to dish is a cold salad with chicken. Here’s the simple recipe.
Ingredients:
- Pasta
- Sun dry tomatoes
- Pesto
- Parmesan
- Grill chicken
- Basil dice
- Garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, olive oil
Let’s start!
- Boil water according to package direction. Drain mix in the pesto to the cook pasta.
- In another pan sauté the garlic with olive oil,
- Add the chicken, add the basil to the pan sautéed for 4mtes add the sun dry tomatoes
- Add the pesto pasta to the mix
Voila very easy summer dish!

Hello! Thanks for another link party. Freezing Beans (#61) are easy to do beforehand and freeze for later use. I have a tutorial on how to do this and how to avoid BPA that are in most canned foods. Plus, beans are cheap! Hope you enjoy!
