Healthy refreshing smoothie

Hi Everyone,
As busy as we get sometimes breakfast is the first item on the list that gets eliminated due to lack of times and circumstances beyond our control in the morning.
If you have a picky eater as well the task can be difficult to make sure they are getting the proper nutrients. However a smoothie is the perfect solution, it  can be pack full of nutrients and easy to take with you.
What makes this smoothie healthy? There are no added sugar, hefty dose of Potassium, Vitamin D among other vitamins.

Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened  soy milk

1 tablespoon low sodium peanut butter

1 banana

1/2  teaspoon cinnamon

1/2  cup ice

Directions:
In a blender combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
Pour onto a glass, sprinkle the cinnamon on top.

A refreshing smoothie to start the morning.
